Mr. Zot has really done his homework. If you'd like to know the science behind intermmident fasting this book will have the answers. Beginning with some historical references to fasting and ending with his own experiences Mr. Zot completely covers the issues. Well referenced also. He doesn't give you your personal menu because it should be more personalised than an author telling you what's right for yourself. Mr Zot comes across as a very honest writer not trying to impose his views on you.
