This book was helpful, encouraging, and inspiring.
It gives you tips and advice for setting and achieving goals in the "7 F's" - the 7 key areas - of your life. In between these tips, they share stories of real life women applying the OolaLife to the areas of their life. It also tells you about "Oola Blockers" and "Oola Accelerators" to help you reach your goals. Then they give you actionable steps you can take to move towards your OolaLife.
I really enjoyed it and it's actually probably one of my favorite self-help books I've read so far! It was really motivating and I can't wait to start applying their tips to my own life. I definitely recommend it to any and all women. :)
