So much great information. The first 4 chapters are just scary, and if you're already worried about your health or have stress issues, you can probably skip those and go right to chapter 5 where the solutions really begin. I'm already trying some of the more simple "base hits" that he recommends to see if they make a difference, and I'll probably be trying more over the coming months. Highly recommend the information in the book, and can't wait to get more into the recipes.
